1. Services Included with Every Purchase ($0)

SEPA transfers (EUR): Free
Every BullionLuxo client receives free insured vault storage for the first 12 months after purchase.
2. Vault Storage Fees (After First Year)
If storage continues beyond the complimentary 12 months, the following annual fees apply:
- London: $48 / year
- Vienna / Toronto / New York: $60 / year
- Zurich: $72 / year
- Singapore: $84 / year
- Holdings above 500 g: 1% of gold value per year
The 1% fee is based on the BullionLuxo purchase price valid on the day of acquisition or at the start of each new storage period.
All gold is fully insured and held in secure, audited vaults.
3. Buy-Back (Liquidity Services)
Standard buy-back: Free (3–5 business days)
Express buy-back: 3% + $50 (24–48 hours)
Buy-back under 5 g: $30 technical fee
Bank transfer fees: At actual cost (SWIFT / SEPA)
💡 BullionLuxo uses Wise as its primary banking provider for fast, secure, and low-cost international payments.
4. Physical Delivery (Vault-Only™ Service)
Physical delivery is available for holdings of 100 g or more.
- Handling fee: $150 + 1.5% of gold value
- Shipping, insurance, customs: charged at actual cost
- Taxes & VAT: paid by the client
All deliveries remain insured until handover to the courier. ⚠️ BullionLuxo currently does not provide physical delivery of gold as a standard service, but each request is reviewed individually, and we always strive to assist our clients whenever possible.
5. Banking & Administrative Fees
Deposit under $100: $10
SWIFT / international transfer: $20–30
Additional AML review: $50
Change of registered bank account: $25
Paper statement (electronic is free): $30
Order cancellation (non-payment / non-cooperation): 1% of transaction (min. $30)
Reminder / late payment notice: $22
Manual support request: $20
Extraordinary administration (calls, authorities, audits): $100 / hour

Currency & Exchange Rate Information
All prices are shown in USD.
SEPA transfers in EUR are also supported and always free of charge.
If the client uses another currency, conversion is made according to BullionLuxo’s internal exchange rate, which follows the prevailing interbank market rates with a maximum adjustment of ±1% at the time the fee is applied.
All client payments are processed via Wise, ensuring secure and efficient multi-currency transfers.
